Please make sure you include a phone number if you email your specifications as we may need to call you to clarify some details in order to deliver the most accurate quotation for your job. Additionally you may wish to have technical assistance about the options available for you to achieve the best outcome for your publication.

• Your name and phone number during office hours.

• Quantity

• Title of your job

• Trim size and orientation

• Page extent and colour of text

• Any illustrations that may be included in the text

• Binding – case bound, paperback, saddle-stitch, wiro

• Preferred paper stock

• Covers – paperback or hardback, jackets, colours, finish

• Delivery details

• File formats

• Any additional services required
